This Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through:

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you have received the goods or on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement.

We will reimburse you within a maximum of 30 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not incur any charges for such reimbursement.

RETURN CONDITIONS

In order for the goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Personalised artwork.

  • Artwork reserve payments

  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

RETURNING GOODS

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. We therefore recommend an insured and tracked courier service. We will not be able to issue a refund without having received the goods or without proof of receipt of the return.

REFUND OF DEPOSITS

Deposits are non-refundable. When you book a portrait on my waiting list, you reserve a specific place on my calendar, which prevents me from accepting other clients during that time. Every day dedicated to your booking means that I am turning down other important clients and projects. Because your booking directly affects my ability to accept other work, I cannot refund deposits.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We make every effort to avoid any damage or defect to your products, however, if upon receipt of the product (including personalised Artwork), it is found to be defective or damaged and you need to exchange the product for an identical one or need a refund, please send us your request via our contact details. Only in these cases, we will assume the value of the shipping. In case you request a return, the shipping value will also be refunded. If a personalised Artwork is damaged or lost during shipping, Artelau will not offer a refund, but will nevertheless replace the Artwork with a new Artwork that resembles the original version as closely as possible. These new versions cannot be returned.
