SOFT PASTEL

Without a doubt my favourite technique and the result of which I always love.

Dry pastel is a technique that fascinates me and that I often use in my portraits of pets and animals. Its versatility and the richness of colours it offers allow me to capture the essence of each living being.

With each stroke, I can capture the texture of the fur and the nuances of the eyes, achieving a representation that almost seems to come to life. I love how the dry pastel fades and blends, creating soft shadows and bright highlights that give depth to each work. Also, the process of creating with this technique is so rewarding; watching each detail unfold and the portrait take shape is definitely a fundamental part of my art.

Certainly, if you would like a portrait of your pet or a landscape, pastel is the method I would choose.

GRAPHITE

Pencil portraits are classic and timeless.

The use of graphite allows for the creation of a play of light and shadow that adds great depth to the portrait, while maintaining a subtle and elegant style. It is ideal for those looking for something understated yet full of detail.

ACRYLIC

For those looking for something vibrant with a modern touch, acrylic is an excellent choice.

This technique allows for intense colors and defined strokes, giving the portrait a dynamic and energetic look. Perfect for those who want something bold and full of life.
